HOW TO START THE RETURN PROCESS

To use the return process, write to shop.vis.sportwear@gmail.com indicating the order number and the reason for which the return is being made (for the subject write REQUEST REFUND: order number). You will shortly (3-4 days) receive an email in which we confirm, or refuse, the return of the item. In case of confirmation, in the mail you will find an indicator containing the return number, which must be attached to the goods, and the DHL label on the return package.

HOW THE REFUND TAKES PLACE

Once the return process is complete and the product arrives at our facilities, we will proceed to review the items. Once verified that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, the corresponding economic amount will be returned within 7 working days.

WHICH COMPLAINTS DO WE NOT ACCEPT?

Complaints will not be accepted on products purchased with customisations, such as names or logos, if the size has been ordered incorrectly, not following our size chart, as they cannot be reused.
We reserve a tolerance of +/- 5% on measurements as the products are handcrafted and the fabrics have elasticity.
